# SESSION HANDOFF — "One Town. One Agency." Landing Pages (Premium Line)
**Date:** 2026-08-09 · **Status:** BOTH blueprints built, reviewed, in vault. Ready to BUILD in GHL. Bail page = tomorrow's walk-in QR destination.

---

## TL;DR for the next session

Rob pivoted the RRR site toward the missed-call-capture "Premium Line" system. Two GHL funnel landing pages are specced and reviewed:
- **GENERIC** (all 8 trades) — for cold email outreach to Thornton etc. (measure response without walk-ins)
- **BAIL** — the QR destination for the Brighton walk-in flyers, needed for tomorrow's walk-ins

Both live in the vault: `/root/.hermes/vault/Premium Line LP/` → `premium-line-lp-blueprint.md` (generic) + `premium-line-lp-blueprint-BAIL.md` (bail). Built by Claude in the Cowork project "Premium Line LP" (folder attached + verified stuck). Both reviewed against copy rules — BAIL version is clean & buildable; GENERIC version has 2 minor copy issues (see below).

**NEXT ACTIONS (Rob's, in GHL):**
1. **Build the $497/mo RECURRING product** (Payments → Products → Create): name "The Premium Line", Recurring/Subscription, $497 monthly, trial period ending on the 1st of next month (~23 days from 8/9 → ends Sep 1). DO NOT clone "Growth" ($479/Physical). No coupon code — trial lives on the product. NOT YET CONFIRMED BUILT.
2. **Build the BAIL page** in a GHL funnel step from the BAIL blueprint (native Countdown → 2026-08-14 23:59 Denver; native Order Form → the new product; Industry pre-locked "Bail Bonds"; Town dropdown 7 towns).
3. **Build the CLAIMED page** (no countdown) as the post-purchase redirect step.
4. **Test with Stripe test card** (4242…) — Stripe is connected, in TEST MODE. Verify $0 charge + CLAIMED redirect fires.
5. **Point the flyer QR code at the BAIL page's live URL** (NOT the generic page) — checklist item #7 in the bail blueprint.

## LOCKED DECISIONS THIS SESSION

- **Offer name = "One Town. One Agency."** (canonical, replaces "Brighton Solo"/"Solo" everywhere). "Charter" ONLY as rate descriptor in "$497/mo — Charter rate, locked for life." Never headlines the offer.
- **Price: $497/mo, Charter rate locked for life.**
- **Billing: $0 today, first $497 bills on the 1st of next month (FIXED date, not rolling "first month free"), then $497/mo.** This wording replaces "First Month FREE" everywhere — flyers need this swap on rebuild ("First Month Free" → "No charge until the 1st of next month").
- **Countdown:** honest deadline Fri Aug 14 2026, 11:59 PM Denver (MDT -06:00). Shuts off ONLY on completed purchase via page-swap to CLAIMED page (GHL native countdown can't self-stop on payment). NOT a fake evergreen timer.
- **CTA: "Lock In Your Industry & Town Now"** → native Order Form (checkout, $0 trial). No "Book a Call", no "Test Drive", no demo-line CTA on the page.
- **Style: MATCH realresultsready.com** — Inter font, royal blue #2563EB (CTA gradient → #1D4ED8), light hero (white→#EFF6FB), site-gold #FACC15 accents sparingly. NOT the print-flyer "bail office at night" navy/amber — that's print-only.
- **Verticals (8):** Bail Bonds, Water Mitigation & Restoration, Emergency HVAC, Locksmiths, Towing & Roadside, Sewer & Drain Emergency, Well Pump Service, Emergency Electrical.
- **Towns (7 — Henderson + Lochbuie dropped as too small):** Brighton, Thornton, Commerce City, Westminster, Northglenn, Federal Heights, Broomfield.

## GENERIC blueprint — 2 minor copy issues (fix before building the generic page; BAIL version already fixed these)
1. Section 3 hook claims "I called service businesses... most didn't pick up" — UNVERIFIED for non-bail trades. Soften or ground in the real bail test before publishing the generic page.
2. Section 7 "never gives advice on the job" — vaguer than the bail "never gives legal advice." BAIL version uses the correct hard rules.

## BAIL blueprint — buildable as-is. One optional tweak:
- Section 5 says "Captures the job"/"the job" (HVAC-speak). Could swap to "Captures the intake"/"the caller." Not a blocker.

## KEY ARTIFACTS
- `/root/.hermes/vault/Premium Line LP/premium-line-lp-blueprint.md` — generic
- `/root/.hermes/vault/Premium Line LP/premium-line-lp-blueprint-BAIL.md` — bail (tomorrow's build)
- `/root/.hermes/work/ghl/PROMPT-claude-GHL-funnel-page.md` — the source prompt (has the save-to-folder instruction baked in)
- `/root/.hermes/work/ghl/PROMPT-claude-landing-page.md` — standalone-HTML variant prompt (PARKED — GHL-native route chosen)
- Cowork project "Premium Line LP" ↔ vault folder `C:\Users\Rob\Documents\Obsidian Vault\Premium Line LP` (attach verified stuck)
- Homepage + pricing-page rewrite copy: drafted in session (single-offer $497 Premium Line replacing the 3-bucket $197/$297/$497 model) — NOT yet saved to a file. If Rob wants it persisted, ask him; it was conversational.

## GATEWAY / COST STATE (parked, from same session)
- Nous: subscription $0 of $22 used up; running on **top-up credits $8.61**; renews 2026-08-27. Rob topping up.
- Fallback chain FIXED (was the cut-off cause): `config.yaml` now `default: moonshotai/kimi-k3`, fallback `minimax-m3` → `stepfun/step-3.7-flash:free` (true $0 floor). Backup `config.yaml.bak-modelfix-20260809-2250`. **Activates on next gateway restart** (user-run `systemctl restart hermes-gateway.service`).
- ROOT CAUSE of "got cut off at $0": both ends of the old chain were paid. Free floor now appended.
- **Desktop model-dropdown footgun:** merely opening/scrolling the Desktop model picker persisted `tencent/hy3:free` as config `default:` without an explicit selection (fixed back to kimi-k3). Rob confirmed he opened but didn't intentionally select. Watch for recurrence.
- Real spend driver = session-size/runaway loops, NOT model choice. $6-in-40-min burn pattern unresolved — parked for later (tray monitor is rearview-only).

## OPEN QUESTIONS FOR ROB
1. Is the $497 recurring product built yet? (blocker for test-carding)
2. Save the homepage/pricing rewrite copy to a file, or was that superseded by the LP work?
3. Generic page: build now or after bail walk-ins prove the model?
