# CLAUDE PROMPT — GHL Funnel Landing Page Design Spec
# Offer: "One Town. One Agency." · Product: The Premium Line · realresultsready.com
# Workflow: Claude designs → operator builds in a GHL Funnel step (same path as the prior "Missed Call Diagnostic" page).
# Deadline locked: Friday Aug 14, 2026, midnight Denver (MDT = -06:00).

You are a conversion-focused landing-page designer. Produce a **build-ready design spec** for a single GHL funnel landing page. Do NOT output a full standalone HTML app — output (A) a **section-by-section blueprint** an operator can rebuild in GHL's native drag-and-drop page builder, and (B) the **exact copy** for every element. Optimize for a 50+ year-old, non-technical local-service business owner, on a phone, who is skeptical of marketing.

## CONTEXT — the offer
"The Premium Line" answers the calls a local emergency-service business can't (after hours, mid-job), captures the job details, and texts the owner everything within 60 seconds. The pitch: "We catch the calls you're already paying for."

**The offer — "One Town. One Agency."** We build ONE Premium Line per industry, per town. First company in your trade to sign in your town owns it for as long as the service runs — no competitor in your town gets one, at any price.
- **$497/mo — Charter rate, locked for life.** Billed as: **$0 today (free trial until the 1st of next month), then $497/mo.** Setup FREE ($1,500) · Answered-or-Free Guarantee (30 real customer intakes in first 30 days or month two is free).
- This is a PURCHASE page, not a lead form. The CTA is a checkout (see COUNTDOWN + CTA below). Do NOT include a demo/phone line CTA anywhere on this page.

## THE COUNTDOWN (the reason for the page)
Honest deadline, not a fake evergreen timer. The page has a scoreboard block near the top: "YOUR TOWN: ☐ UNCLAIMED" and a live countdown to **Friday, August 14, 2026, 11:59 PM Denver time**.
- IMPORTANT GHL CONSTRAINT: GHL's native builder cannot run custom self-ticking JS clocks from a text prompt. Specify the **native GHL "Countdown" element** set to a FIXED date = 2026-08-14 23:59. Do NOT spec a custom JS timer.
- **WHEN THE CLOCK SHUTS OFF:** the countdown disappears ONLY when a purchase completes — not when the date passes, not on a form view. GHL's native countdown can't be halted mid-page by a payment, so the "shut off" is achieved by **page swap/redirect**: the countdown lives ONLY on this UNCLAIMED page; the moment a checkout completes, the buyer is sent to a CLAIMED confirmation page that has **NO countdown clock at all** — just "☑ CLAIMED — this town is taken." Write copy for both pages.
  - This UNCLAIMED page = the sales page (countdown ticking).
  - The CLAIMED page = a separate duplicate funnel step, no countdown, with swap copy: "☑ CLAIMED on [date] — this town is taken. No other company in this trade can apply." Note for operator: "Publish the CLAIMED page as the post-purchase redirect/thank-you step, and also use it to replace this page publicly once the town is gone."
- Copy by the clock: "I'm claiming towns across the northern Denver metro this week. The first company in your trade to sign owns your town. Friday at midnight, whatever hasn't happened, happened."

## SECTIONS (in this order) — give copy + layout + style notes for each
1. Header — NO nav clutter. Logo/wordmark "The Premium Line — a Real Results Ready LLC system" + ONE button: "Lock In Your Industry & Town Now". (Remove any 'Book a Call' / 'Test Drive' CTAs.)
2. Scoreboard + Countdown (native Countdown element) — "☐ UNCLAIMED" + clock + the honest-deadline copy.
3. Hook (first-person from founder Rob): "I live and work in this metro. Last week I called service businesses here after hours. Most didn't pick up. Here's what that costs you."
4. The Problem — "At 2 a.m., nobody leaves a voicemail." They hang up mid-ring, dial the next name. No message, no trace. You paid for that call — it went to whoever picked up first.
5. What It Does — 4 numbered beats: picks up in your name / captures the job (what's wrong, where, callback) / promises a 15-min callback / texts you everything in 60s. Payoff line: "You're not buying an answering service. You're buying the fifteen minutes where the customer puts the phone down."
6. The Math — "You know your average ticket better than I do. One caught emergency call pays for the month. The only question is whether the phone gets answered."
7. What It Will NEVER Do — never quotes your prices, never gives advice, never over-promises, never sounds scripted when a caller is stressed. (Trust-builder; give it weight.)
8. THE OFFER — "One Town. One Agency." $497/mo Charter lock + the free stack + Answered-or-Free Guarantee + the exclusivity line: "The first to sign claims your town for as long as the service runs. If a competitor ever gets something like this, they didn't get it from me."
9. CTA — ONE door only: a native GHL **ORDER FORM / checkout element** for the $497/mo subscription, configured as **$0 charged today (free trial until the 1st of next month), then $497/mo recurring**. The checkout collects: Name, Business name, Phone, Email, payment details (card on file for the future $497/mo), plus Industry (dropdown of the 8 verticals below) and Town (dropdown of the towns below) as order-form fields. Microcopy under the button: "You won't be charged today. Your first $497 bills on the 1st of next month. Completing this claims your town — first to check out owns it." Every "Lock In Your Industry & Town Now" button on the page scrolls to this checkout.

## VERTICALS (form Industry dropdown + a "built for these trades" strip)
Bail Bonds · Water Mitigation & Restoration · Emergency HVAC · Locksmiths · Towing & Roadside · Sewer & Drain Emergency · Well Pump Service · Emergency Electrical

## TOWNS (form Town dropdown + an "areas being claimed now" strip)
Brighton · Thornton · Commerce City · Westminster · Northglenn · Federal Heights · Broomfield

## COPY RULES (hard constraints — violating these fails the build)
- Register: peer-to-peer, blunt, zero marketing polish.
- BANNED: "CRM", "platform", "dashboard", "AI-powered solution", "cutting-edge", "leverage", "synergy", "funnel", "speed to lead", "capture more leads", "conversion rate". Use plain words.
- NO invented statistics, testimonials, or client names. Only allowed numbers: the price stack, the 30-intake guarantee, and "one caught emergency call pays for the month" (framed as the owner's own math, not our stat).
- NEVER claim a missed call "goes to voicemail" — callers hang up and dial the next name; the loss is invisible.
- The framing is always "we catch the calls you're already paying for", never "we get you more leads."
- NAMING (hard rule): the OFFER is called **"One Town. One Agency."** — always. Never "Charter Offer", never "The Charter", never "Solo". "Charter" may ONLY appear as a rate descriptor in the price line ("$497/mo — Charter rate, locked for life"). Headlines, section titles, buttons, and the scoreboard all say "One Town. One Agency." or "Lock In Your Industry & Town Now" — never the word Charter.

## STYLE — MATCH THE LIVE SITE (realresultsready.com). This page must read as the same company, not a separate brand.
Use the site's actual design system (extracted from the production CSS):
- **Font:** Inter (Google Fonts, weights 400/500/600/700/800) for headings AND body. NOT system serif.
- **Primary action color:** royal blue #2563EB (hsl 221 83% 53%). Buttons use the CTA gradient #2563EB → #1D4ED8.
- **Hero / section background:** light — white → #EFF6FB (hsl 210 40% 96%) soft vertical gradient. Airy, not dark.
- **Accent (use sparingly):** the site's gold/amber hsl(43 96% 56%) ≈ #FACC15 — for the payoff band, the "UNCLAIMED" status, and the phone-number/emphasis moments. This is the site's own amber; do NOT substitute the darker print-flyer amber #E8893A.
- **Surfaces:** white/light cards, soft border-radius (~0.75rem), real but subtle box-shadows. Modern, clean, trustworthy.
- **Ink/text:** near-black #111 / #2a2a2a for body on light surfaces; muted gray #55585C for secondary text.
- Mobile-first single column. Specify GHL-native elements only (Sections/Rows/Columns, Headline, Paragraph, Button, Countdown, Form, Image, Divider, Spacer). Set button color to the blue gradient (or solid #2563EB if gradient isn't available), background sections to the light hero tint, and reserve the gold/amber strictly for accents.

## DELIVERABLE
Output: (1) an ordered section blueprint — for each section: the GHL element(s) to add, the exact copy to paste, and style settings (bg color, text color, alignment, button color/link); (2) a "CLAIMED state" duplicate-page note with the swap copy ("☑ CLAIMED on [date] — this town is taken. No other company in this trade can apply."); (3) a short operator checklist: (a) confirm the $497/mo subscription product exists as a RECURRING product with a $0 trial-until-the-1st setup (the existing "Growth" product is $479/Physical — create a new $497/mo subscription, do NOT reuse it); (b) payment gateway (Stripe) IS connected — currently in TEST MODE (confirmed by operator 2026-08-09); build the full checkout against it now, run a test card to verify the CLAIMED flip fires, then switch to live keys when ready to take real payment; (c) drop a native Order Form element, point it at that subscription, add Industry + Town fields; (d) set Countdown end-date 2026-08-14 23:59; (e) build the CLAIMED page (no countdown) and set it as the post-purchase thank-you/redirect; (f) point every "Lock In" button at the checkout anchor.

**SAVE YOUR WORK:** When finished, write the complete blueprint + all copy to a file named `premium-line-lp-blueprint.md` in this project's attached folder. This is required — the file syncs to a separate review system. Confirm the save in your reply by reporting the filename you wrote.
