# Premium Line Walk-In Script (Locked 2026-08-10)

## The Frame
You're a Brighton neighbor who built something, not a salesman. The flyer is the leave-behind and scoreboard prop, not a script. Total ask: 10 minutes and one phone call.

---

## OPENER

> "Hey — I'm Rob, I live right here in Brighton. I built something for bond agencies to capture lost premiums — and this is NOT about buying more ads. Can I have two minutes? If it's not for you I'll leave it with you and go."

*[If owner not in: "Is [STEVE/KATIE/MATT/MARY ELLEN/MARCIA] in?" → "No problem, I'll leave this for [him/her] — but let me show you why it matters."]*

**Key rules:**
- "bond agencies" never "shops"
- "capture lost premiums" = insider vocabulary
- "NOT about buying more ads" = kills #1 objection preemptively

---

## FIELD REPORT

> "I made test calls around 3-5 a.m. over the last couple days to every bond agency in Brighton. This is what happened when I called you..." *[point to their result]* "...and this is what happened when I called another agency." *[point to competitor result]*

> "Yeah, I stayed up until 3 a.m. making these calls. Clearly I need a hobby. But I figure if you're up posting bonds, somebody should check if your phone actually works. Turns out that's me." *[beat]* "And it doesn't." *[point to flyer]*

> "Pretty much everyone has the same problem — a revenue leak. My Premium Line system solves it."

**Key rules:**
- No competitor names — "another agency," "a third agency"
- The joke flips self-deprecation into shared 3 a.m. economy
- Point at the flyer constantly — it's the scoreboard prop

---

## DEMO TRANSITION

> "Want to hear what your 2 a.m. callers would hear?"

*[They say yes]*

> "Call this number — act like one of your clients. Panicked, 2 a.m., someone you love is in custody."

*[They call 877-526-3948, you watch their face]*

**Key rules:**
- Don't narrate during the call
- Watch for the moment they forget it's AI
- Have your phone ready to show the handoff text when they hang up

---

## POST-DEMO BRIDGE

> "The family hangs up with a promise in their hand. They put the phone down. They stop dialing."

**Key rules:**
- Short. Let it land.
- Set your phone face-down on the desk for emphasis.

---

## CLOSE

> "Two ways to claim it: scan the QR and sign up online, or initial the box right here and I'll stop handing out flyers. Either way, Brighton is yours."

*[Slide the flyer and pen toward them]*

**Key rules:**
- "initial the box" = physical ritual, not a contract
- "stop handing out flyers" = urgency without pressure
- If they initial: you handle the online signup on your laptop right there

---

## EXIT (if no)

> "No pressure. The flyer has the demo number — call it tonight at 2 a.m. if you want to hear what your callers would hear. I'm offering this to one agency in Brighton, then I'm in Thornton. If somebody takes it before you decide, the town's gone — I can't hold it. But the flyer works either way."

*[Leave the flyer, same-evening text: "Good meeting you — demo line's live 24/7: 877-526-3948 — Rob"]*

---

## OBJECTION HANDLERS

### "I need to think about it"

> "Totally fair. Two things — one, the flyer has the demo number at the bottom. Call it tonight at 2 a.m. if you want to hear what your callers would hear. Two — I'm offering this to one agency in Brighton, then I'm in Thornton. If somebody takes it before you decide, the town's gone — I can't hold it. But the flyer works either way."

### "I already have an answering service"

> "I know — I heard it. 3 minutes of ukulele hold music before a human picked up. That's what you're paying for. Nobody at 2 a.m. waits 3 minutes. They hang up and dial the next name. The Premium Line answers on the first ring, every ring, and texts you the intake before the next listing's phone even stops ringing."

### "I answer my own phone"

> "I know — Chris answered in 15 seconds at 3:04 a.m. From a dead sleep. Best response in Brighton. But what happens when he's at the jail window posting? Or already on with another family? Or too exhausted to hear the phone? One man can't be the whole after-hours operation."

### "It's too expensive"

> "One missed $5,000 bond is $750 in premium. The Premium Line is $497 a month. One extra bond a month that would've gone to voicemail pays for it. Two bonds and you're ahead."

### "I don't trust AI / my callers want a human"

> "Your callers don't want a human — they want an answer. At 2 a.m., a panicked family doesn't care if it's AI or a person. They care that someone picked up, took the info, and promised a callback in 15 minutes. That's what puts the phone down."

### "What if it screws up / says something wrong?"

> "It never quotes the premium, never discusses payment plans, never promises a release time. It captures the intake and promises YOUR callback. That's it. The script is locked — I reviewed it with bond agents to make sure it sounds right."

### "How do I know it works?"

> "You just called it. You heard it. That's the same system your callers get. And I'll show you the text it sends — caller name, callback number, intake details, transcript link. Twenty seconds after they hang up, you know everything."

### "I'm too busy right now"

> "I can come back at [specific time] — I'm walking E Bridge today. Or scan the QR when you have two minutes. But Brighton won't wait — one agency claims it, then it's gone."

## Per-Agency Field Report Cheat Sheet

| Agency | Your call result | Point to on flyer |
|--------|------------------|-------------------|
| ADAN | 5:03 a.m., 8/8: "We are closed. Leave a message." (559 reviews, "Open 24 hours") | Their own hypocrisy |
| 303 | 5:11 a.m., 8/8: 3 min ukulele hold, then Nicky | Their paid answering service failing |
| Lucky Lucero's | 3:07 a.m., 8/10: 5 rings, voicemail | Direct voicemail leak |
| Mary Ellen's | 3:04 a.m., 8/10: Chris answered in 15 sec — from dead sleep | Best response, but single point of failure |
| M&M | 3:09 a.m., 8/10: 6 rings, voicemail | Direct voicemail leak |

**Walk order:** ADAN first (Brighton Rd), then E Bridge strip (303, Lucky, Mary Ellen's, M&M).
